Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and manage brand image for Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood. Lead marketing, advertising, social media, and creative teams; conduct research and analysis for planning. Collaborate with executive team to optimize media mix and promotional strategies. Manage agency relationships and internal resources for cohesive campaigns. Work with revenue management on offers and market response strategies. Oversee creation of advertising materials and digital campaigns; analyze performance reports. Negotiate advertising contracts and manage budgets. Coordinate web marketing strategies and enhance online presence. Identify partnership opportunities and oversee sponsorship activations. Ensure compliance with advertising standards and represent the property publicly. Supervise photography and video productions; develop departmental policies. Promote positive relations and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising and at least 7 years of experience in advertising, PR, casino marketing, or communications. Proficiency in MS Office required. Equivalent education and experience considered. Work Environment Indoor, climate-controlled office environment with exposure to casino factors such as smoke, noise, and crowds. High-pressure, fast-paced setting. Additional Information Preference given to Native Americans, with final candidates required to pass background checks and obtain gaming licensure.
