Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach your team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Focus on people development, including promotion and recruitment.
• Work with your team to expand the customer base and increase revenue by targeting, acquiring, and retaining clients.
• Represent and advocate for our brand through networking and community involvement.
• Ensure adherence to the sales process and proper tracking.
• Encourage long-term, consultative business relationships that drive sustainable growth.
• Develop a clear go-to-market strategy and support your team in creating and executing individual plans, prioritizing target verticals and accounts.
• Integrate coaching and feedback into daily interactions to enhance the skills and performance of Sales Executives.
• Lead weekly sales meetings, focusing on training, recognition, achievements, and best practice sharing.
• Recommend additional training opportunities for continuous learning and development.
• Always maintain a positive attitude and culture
What You Bring:
• 3-5 years of proven success in leading sales teams in a goal-oriented environment.
• Exceptional coaching abilities.
• A strong passion for Digital, Social Media, and understanding of print products (newspaper, magazines, etc) with a desire to learn and quickly grasp new concepts.
• Experience in digital advertising/marketing is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to sell ideas effectively.
• Strong negotiation and influence skills.
• Superior organizational and analytical abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
