Job Description
MCC is Looking for Responsible, Service-Driven Problem Solvers for our Technology Troubleshooting Teams.
We have opportunities to design, install, and troubleshoot problems with different technology solutions for our clients
Audio/Visual: Projection, Sound, Etc.
Security: CCTV Systems, Controlled Access, Etc.
Structured Cabling: Network Drops, Cable Clean-Up, Etc.
- Essential Requirements
- Must be Able to Attend Training Classes, Seminars, Webinars, etc., Including Outside Regular Business Hours
- Must Have *and Maintain* throughout Employment
- Professional Appearance and Communication Skills
- Clean Driving Record & Ability to be Included as Authorized Driver on Company Automobile Insurance
- Clean Criminal Record & Drug Screening
- Ability to Competently Use a Computer for Completion of Daily Tasks
- Must be Able to Communicate Fluently in English
- Must be Able to Lift a Minimum of 55 Pounds
- Must be Able to Safely Use Ladders, Lifts, Hand and Power Tools, Including Working at Heights of up to 40 Feet off the Ground
- Must be Able to Work a Minimum Schedule of 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM, as Well as be Willing to Travel, Including Spending Several Nights in a Row Out of Town
- Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all Times
- High School Diploma or the Equivalent
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude (Acceptable Scores on Standardized Technical Aptitude Test(s) Provided by MCC)
- Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Previous Experience Preferred, but Not Required (Willingness to Learn is Key)

- Develop and Maintain Quality Client Relationships through Professional and Ethical Efforts
- Offer Clear Explanations and System Training to Clients
- Perform Software and Firmware Updates, Along with Other System Maintenance
- Complete Equipment Training Certifications Related to Your Field
- Seek Out Opportunities to Fulfill Clients’ Technology Needs, Even Beyond Your Field of Expertise
- Work with Sales and Administrative Teammates to Serve Our Clients Well
