Venesco is seeking a
Multimedia / Graphic Designer
to support the
Warfighter Interactions and Readiness Division (RHW) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
Candidates will be submitted with Venesco's proposal for this position. FOPR 25-15
The Warfighter Interactions and Readiness Division (RHW) located within RH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multimedia/Graphic Designer and Senior Administrative Assistant to support Research, Development, Testing and Evaluation (RDT&E) efforts across the Division. RHW is also seeking a Research Acoustician to support our Cognition and Modeling Branch's (RHWE) RDT&E efforts.
US Citizenship is required for this position.
Tasks
1.3.1 The contractor employee shall have the ability to manage projects independently and as part of a team, as well as the ability to work through problems quickly and independently. 1.3.2 The contractor employee shall be responsible for the conceptualization and development of high-quality multimedia/graphic content for use across various platforms such as websites and print media. 1.3.3 The contractor employee shall provide resources with the knowledge and experience to develop various graphic designs such as Overview Graphics (OV-1), logos/patches, posters, pamphlets/flyers, presentations, decals (for simulators and general branding), banners, going away frames, Division coins, awards, and calendars. 1.3.4 The contractor employee shall produce and maintain building signage, including but not limited to office/cubicle/testbed nameplates, award display boards, command photos, organizational signage, picture frames, and other general signage requests. 1.3.5 The contractor employee shall prepare and produce research promotional materials such as videos and print for publication and shall be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to multimedia/graphic content across the various platforms/tools. 1.3.6 The contractor employee shall plan and perform all video production and postproduction tasks such as field production planning, interacting with subject matter experts, operating and managing all video & audio equipment, footage review, editing, graphic/audio adjustments, and ensuring video products are available in a variety of formats. 1.3.7 The contractor employee shall be able to collaborate with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders to include the technical and project leads as well as the public affairs teams to ensure multimedia products meet the project objectives and align to AFRL information release guidelines. 1.3.8 The contractor employee shall participate in and support other projects within their skillset as directed by the Government representative. 1.3.9 The contractor employee shall be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing priorities effectively to meet deadlines. Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
1.1.1 The contractor employee shall possess a Bachelor's Degree in graphic and/or multimedia design, visual communications or related field. 1.1.2 The contractor employee shall have a minimum of 10 years' experience working on multimedia, graphic design, video production, and visual communications projects, with at least 5 years' experience supporting the Air Force Research Laboratory. 1.1.3 The contractor employee shall be proficient with Microsoft applications i.e. Word, Excel, to include Premier Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign and additional video development/graphics software such as Final Cut Pro, Motion, and Carrara Pro. 1.1.4 The contractor employee shall possess, or have the ability to be granted a Secret security clearance. The Contractor shall open a Tier III investigation within 3 days after task order award. 1.1.5 The contractor employee shall have a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place with their company based on the potential access to confidential, proprietary, and/or sensitive information. The NDA shall be provided to the Government Program Manager by start of performance. Highly Desired Qualification
1.2.1 Previous experience with the Air Force's mission, organizational structure, and working in government environments. 1.2.2 Demonstrated experience with multimedia projects supporting AFRL's mission. 1.2.3 Demonstrated video production experience with conceptualizing, planning, shooting, and editing promotional materials across the lifecycle of the project is highly desired. 1.2.4 Demonstrated project management experience working with stakeholders to communicate and manage multiple competing priorities.
