Overview
Equipment Maintenance and Testing: responsible for all management and maintenance of video equipment. Aids in scheduling yearly maintenance and aids in selecting and testing new equipment and software for Multimedia and Video Production in the TLTC and multimedia production spaces on campus. Production Coordination: responsible for coordinating efforts related to all video and multimedia production within the current content management system and other relevant information systems. Production and management of university podcasts, and the university podcast platform. Works with cross-functional teams in IT and University relations to make sure of consistent branding and message amongst all web based multimedia production.
Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital media production, video editing, and live event support. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the quality and impact of the University's digital media content through innovative approaches and techniques. Assist with training and knowledge of digital production spaces on campus and research trends and new techniques for professional development for the digital media team. Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of related experience. Proficient in the Adobe Creative suite. Experience in Video and Multimedia Production and Coordination, Video Editing, Live Broadcasting or Webcasting, Podcasting, Film Production. Salary Grade: AD180 - Administrative Exempt/Nonexempt: Exempt
