Role Overview:

The Multimedia Marketing Associate focuses on new business development, generating advertising revenue by establishing relationships with prospects and presenting targeted advertising solutions across broadcast and digital media.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish credible relationships with local businesses.
2. Collaborate with sales, creative, strategy, and research teams to build effective campaigns.
3. Develop new accounts through sales calls.
4. Implement strategies to grow and exceed revenue goals.
5. Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
6. Educate clients on advertising benefits and rates across media.
7. Build marketing campaigns using various tactics, including Broadcast, SEO, SEM, Display, OLV, Email, Social, OTT, and programmatic advertising.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
2. Marketing or related experience.
3. Experience in outside sales preferred.
4. Knowledge of industry trends and digital marketing strategies.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
7. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital analytics tools.
8. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (preferred).
9. Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing.
10. Valid driver’s license.

Compensation & Application:

Pay Range: $45K base + commission, potential $100K+.
