Do you have a knack for creativity, an eye for detail, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people? As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind the exciting campaigns, lead generation strategies, and content creation that fuel our youth departments-think summer camps, preschool, and afterschool programs. You'll be working closely with a team that's as dynamic and vibrant as the programs we offer, crafting stories that resonate, and creating a buzz that brings families flocking to our doors.What You'll Do:Campaign Management:
Design, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns that promote our youth programs. You'll be crafting the messages that speak directly to parents and caregivers, making sure they know just how magical our programs are.Lead Generation:
Develop and execute strategies to attract new families to our programs. You'll love coming up with creative ways to expand our reach and connect with our community.Content Creation:
Create compelling content across various platforms-social media, email newsletters, flyers, and more-that captures the spirit of our youth programs. Your words and visuals will tell the stories that bring our programs to life.Collaboration:
Work closely with our youth department teams to ensure that all marketing efforts align with the goals and values of our programs. You'll be in the loop on everything from the latest camp adventures to new preschool initiatives.Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and report on the performance of your campaigns, using data to continually refine and improve our marketing efforts. You're the detective who finds out what's working and what could be even better.Why You'll Love Working Here:
