What You’ll Do:
As our Studio Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for students and families, ensuring exceptional customer service while keeping our operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
⭐ Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Manage phone calls, missed calls, text messages, and voicemails, ensuring timely responses.
- Welcome visitors, assist with inquiries, and provide an inviting front-desk experience.
- Enter and maintain prospect information in our follow-up system.
Student Registrations:
- Create and manage student profiles in our CRM system.
- Acquire signed enrollment forms and provide withdrawal information when requested.
- Delegate follow-up tasks to the appropriate staff for smooth onboarding and transitions.
Scheduling:
- Organize and manage student lesson schedules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct weekly reviews of the Master Schedule to improve room assignments and teacher availability.
- Minimize scheduling conflicts and double bookings.
Communication:
- Serve as the communication bridge between clients and teachers.
- Coordinate initial trial lessons and ensure teachers handle future communications effectively.
Administrative Support:
- Assign administrative tasks related to enrollments, account inquiries, and withdrawals.
- Provide general support to the admin team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Miscellaneous:
- Maintain awareness of facility needs (cleanliness, supplies).
- Review prospect lists weekly to reach out to potential students or remove inactive leads.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✅ Strong organizational and time-management abilities
✅ Experience in sales or customer relations is a plus
✅ Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems (CRM experience preferred)
✅ Friendly, positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; College credits preferred
️ Availability:
- Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
