HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Summary:

This position at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare is responsible for providing educational and therapeutic interventions that are constructive and beneficial to patients’ mental health, aligning with other treatment modalities.

Reports to:

Music Therapy Coordinator

Supervises:

Music Therapy Interns

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy, including coursework/internship in a medical setting. Preferred: Master’s Degree in Music Therapy, with coursework/internship in a medical setting.

Required Experience:

Preferred: One (1) year of professional experience in a medical setting.

Required Certification/License/Registry:

Minimum: Board Certified Music Therapist. Preferred: Eligibility to become an AMTA Clinical Training Supervisor.
