Along with directing music theatre performances, teaching duties include foundational courses for the Music Theatre minor. Additional courses will be in areas of the candidate's expertise, which could include, but are not limited to: choreography, acting, devising, rptiteur, voice, musicology, music theory, composition/songwriting, and/or performance studies. Additional duties include advising, recruiting new students, and helping to grow the burgeoning Music Theatre minor. Earned terminal degree required.

Qualifications The successful candidate should have substantial experience directing music theatre productions and working collaboratively with, motivating, and teaching undergraduate students. Candidates are required to have a terminal degree (MFA, DMA, or PhD) by start date (ABD will be considered Instructor until Ph.D. is obtained).
