The Americas G&A Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support our Marketing function. You will possess great candidate sourcing skills, candidate assessment ability, client management/partnership skills, and be a team player. You will be adaptable and own requisitions in a Full Life Cycle model. You will be a full time employee based in California. You will work remotely if outside of the Bay Area or in a hybrid capacity out of our office in San Jose, California (going into the office 3 times per week). Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition - G&A, your responsibilities include: Collaborating, advising, and partnering with hiring leaders from recruitment kickoff strategy meetings to candidate negotiations and close Balancing strategic hiring practices with high-urgency and thoughtful execution Taking ownership and building highly targeted, quality candidate pipelines across a variety of unique and diversified search assignments Effectively assessing candidates for current and expected upcoming hiring needs, taking into consideration organizational strengths gaps, team dynamics, vision goals, challenges, and career planning Strategically approach hiring for business organizations to drive toward landing at their EOY hiring targets What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 5+ years of in-house Marketing specific recruiting experience, SaaS and or related industry experience preferred What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) A combination of in-house and search firm agency experience preferred Ability to manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Demonstrated ability to generate enthusiasm about opportunities to prospective candidates
