What Youll Do: This is a great opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial and seeking to help build a nationally recognized brand via social media. The Social Media Coordinator will work across all social media platforms for both The Coley Group and Best of Raleigh to manage strategy, content creation, scheduling, and posting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain one-month-ahead content calendars in Asana.
• Create and share branded posts, Reels, and weekly listing content (Just Listed, Open Houses, Compass Coming Soon).
• Ensure consistent storytelling, CTAs, and brand alignment.
• Track metrics and contribute to weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Maintain and manage a shared content drive and agent asset library.
• Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google My Business) for The Coley Group and Best of Raleigh.
• Lead interns in capturing content, drafting captions, supporting engagement, and maintaining a rolling month content pipeline.
• Collaborate with agents, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality content for listings, events, the podcast, and brand campaigns.
• This role will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Creative Director.
• Participate in weekly Marketing Team meetings to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
• Ensure The Coley Group posts before agents to maintain post ownership and brand identity, while also collaborating with team members to promote listings.

Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in social media management or digital content roles
• Strong writing, copyediting, and visual storytelling skills
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, Asana, Metricool, Google, Meta, and ManyChat
• Knowledge of Raleighs local business, lifestyle, and real estate market
• Ability to work in-office in Raleigh and travel locally as needed
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
• Real estate marketing experience is a plus
• Strategic thinker with creative execution ability
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns
• Comfortable mentoring interns and receiving constructive feedback
• Passionate about brand storytelling and staying ahead of social media trends
