The Visual Content Specialist is responsible for leading the creation and execution of sophisticated visual content that elevates our market position. Blend technical expertise with strategic insight to produce compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience.
Primary Duties
- Capture and produce high-quality photography and videography for corporate initiatives, ensuring each image and frame tells a compelling visual story.
- Design high-impact marketing collateral and engaging graphic elements that drive brand engagement and effectively communicate our message.
- Uphold visual brand standards across all creative outputs, ensuring consistency and excellence in every piece of content.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate visual content creation
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Experience in the energy or industrial sector (Preferred)
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video and design work
- Experience with professional photography/videography equipment
Specific Skills and Knowledge
- Strong foundation in video editing, post-production, and graphic design to craft compelling visual narratives.
- A clear understanding of technical visual storytelling is essential for translating complex ideas effectively.
- Motion graphics skills (Preferred)
Compensation
The initial compensation range is $80,300 - $92,300
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
This role requires sitting at a desk, using a computer workstation, standing, walking, and use of hands and fingers. Normal working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.PT Monday through Friday with extended hours as necessary.
Fit for Duty
All employees will participate in the Fitness for Duty Program. This program includes a pre-employment drug screening.
