Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Digital Content Creator for Trackhouse NASCAR
This role is responsible for posting and coordinating material/content for social and digital media posts that deliver effective, aesthetically pleasing images on-brand and on-strategy visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate the potential sponsors, management, and fans. While this role is hybrid in-office (approximately 3 days a week) during the week, it does require extensive travel to many races during the NASCAR season.

Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and producing content across all social media platforms with the ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses between them all.
- Identifying current trends within social media and applying them accordingly to Trackhouse’s identity.
- Working alongside the team’s partners and sponsors to plan and produce original, fun, and clever content.
- Planning, producing, and editing podcasts made in-house for the team, partners, and sponsors.
- Shooting and producing content ready to be published for the weekend.
- Working within a motivated team, bringing a positive mindset.
- Contributing practical solutions and opinions where required, both at race meetings and remotely in between events.

- Ability and willingness to travel regularly and commit to travel for the NASCAR season (38 weekends February through November).
Technical Requirements:
- Ideally 3 years of experience with camera and editing work.
- Understanding of current social media trends and techniques.
- Motorsports experience and knowledge not required.
- Sports/fast-paced industry experience is ideal.
