Job Title: Assistant Director, Creative Media

Job Description
The Assistant Director, Creative Services will assist with content efforts for Ohio State Football, including social media and internal football programming. Responsibilities include shooting video and photos at games, practices, and events; assisting with social media strategy; creating content for @OhioStateFB channels; and analyzing weekly social media reports. The role involves content distribution through Opendorse and requires working nights, weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours under strict deadlines. Ensures compliance with NCAA, Big Ten, and University policies. Performs other duties related to football operations. Works in a creative, collaborative environment that encourages innovation.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required; 2-4 years preferred. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and strong design principles required. Experience with responsive/adaptive design and digital/print design. Knowledge of collegiate athletics and passion for sports is desirable. Strong communication, creativity, flexibility, and multitasking skills are essential.
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of After Effects and photography skills preferred. Experience with NCAA and Big Ten rules, and in Division I football programs, is a plus.
