About the role: We’re looking for an intermediate to senior designer with a focus on design systems. In this role, you will lead setting foundations and maturing design systems for contemporary app experiences. Working with amazing designers (product, design system) and other disciplines, you will craft engaging interactive components and systems. You will be collaborating to define goals, project activities, and timelines, researching the latest trends and best-in-class designs. You will be creating assets such as concepts, design guides/best practices, prototypes, and interactive components. With a love for creativity and craft, you should have a passion for design systems, with a proven track record in defining, enhancing, and rolling out groundbreaking experience designs. What you'll need to succeed: 5+ years in design, with digital consultancy/agency experience Experience working with fortune 100 brands, creating mass market products Create interactive/motion components for mobile apps Define design system management process, and produce documentation and guides Offer strong rationale, prepare presentations and workshops that resonate with and engage your audience. Proactive and positive approach to work contributing to a fantastic team Iterate quickly in a fast-paced development Support and mentor junior designers, educate team on design process and principles.
