Position details: Title: Graphic Designer Client: Banking and Finance Location: Getzville, NY, 14068 - Onsite Duration: 12 months Contract to hire/possible extension Shift Hours: 1st Shift 7am to 3:30 pm. Shift Days: Monday - Friday, or Tuesday - Saturday. Pay Range : $29-$34/ hr About the Role: We are looking for a Hybrid Designer who will be responsible for a combination of graphic design and workflow tasks. The role will involve working in a busy 24/7 department that produces live deal, pitch book, and custom design materials for high-profile investment banking transactions. Responsibilities: Produce a variety fof marketing materials using MS Office and Adobe applications Assist with the production of creative PPT pitch books and offer conceptual and visual solutions Trace and produce logos, maps, and illustrations Ensure all materials are correctly branded as per company standards Liaise with workflow staff and clients to determine deadlines and design requirements Complete related admin tasks for accurate work billing and job tracking Assist with Intake coordination when required Buddy new starters post-training Contribute to best production practices through internal initiatives and programs Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment Required Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional) Knowledge of MapInfo, Adobe Animate, Adobe Audition, and Blender is an advantage Knowledge of external print processes is desirable
