We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Content Management Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will assist with the organizational compliance of new Digital Accessibility legislation and other related regulations. This is a key position in ensuring our commitment to digital accessibility and inclusivity across our services and resources.
Location: hybrid onsite in Colorado
Key Responsibilities of the Content Management Administrator:
- Lead projects focused on content management, digital accessibility, and knowledge management across the organization.
- Coordinate and facilitate tasks that align with the digital accessibility program and legislative compliance.
- Work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to build consensus, organize ideas, communicate effectively, and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist with the creation and tracking of remediation plans, conduct accessibility assessments, and offer strategic recommendations for ongoing monitoring and support.
- Provide digital accessibility training and technology implementation assistance to various teams.
- Help develop and manage content policies, governance practices, and SEO strategies.
Required Qualifications of the Content Management Administrator:
- BA or BS degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience managing content and users in a Content Management System (CMS).
- Familiarity with digital accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience writing clear requirements for content projects and digital tools.
- Proficiency with SEO strategies, keyword placement, and social media management.
- Proven experience with digital accessibility programs including:
- Conducting accessibility assessments
- Creating and facilitating remediation planning and tracking
- Providing digital accessibility training
- Implementing technology solutions and governance for compliance

Compensation: 32-35/hr
