Full-time Communication Director to support all ministry areas by developing and maintaining cohesive communication strategies that effectively connect members, visitors, and the community with the church’s mission and vision. This role involves managing digital and print communications, including social media, website content, email campaigns, newsletters, bulletins, and promotional materials, while also maintaining church records and communication resources. The Director will support leadership by coordinating office operations, managing vendor contracts, overseeing the church calendar, and leading volunteers. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and some familiarity with Lutheran tradition.
