About Us

Pistachio Studio is a boutique culinary studio and catering company creating exceptional dining experiences and creative event concepts in NYC. Our small but mighty team is now looking for a detail-oriented Culinary Studio Operations Assistant to help bring our culinary projects to life!

Position Overview

As our Culinary Studio Operations Assistant, you'll be the operational glue that helps our creative culinary studio run smoothly. Working alongside our Owner, Creative Director, and Executive Chef, you'll support all aspects of our studio operations - from helping coordinate production schedules to assisting with social media posts and vendor communications.

What You'll Do

• Support daily studio operations - Help maintain inventory, assist with kitchen organization, and support production efficiency
• Assist with project coordination - Help track project timelines, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure smooth workflow
• Provide staff support - Assist with scheduling and help ensure everyone has what they need for successful events
• Help with vendor relations - Support ordering of specialty items, assist with deliveries, and help maintain vendor relationships
• Bridge communications - Help connect our sales, creative, and production teams with our administrative functions
• Support marketing initiatives - Execute social media content calendar, assist with client proposals and marketing materials, and help maintain visual assets for sales presentations

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years experience in operations, hospitality, or production support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication abilities
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 30+ pounds
• Flexible availability as production requires
• Interest in food, events, and creative production
