Job Summary: We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Life Insurance Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping individuals and families secure the right life insurance coverage tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on various life insurance products, including term, whole, universal life policies and annuities
• Conduct needs-based analysis to recommend appropriate coverage options
• Assist clients with the application process and ensure a smooth underwriting experience
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product updates, and continuing education requirements
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals

Qualifications:

• Active Life Insurance License
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mind set
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Experience with Erie Insurance a plus

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position in our Powell, OH office. 40-hour work week, Monday – Friday.
• 401K contribution, with employer match
• Paid time off and holiday pay
