We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist for our "Chateau Chic" marketing team. The role involves strategizing, executing, and monitoring marketing content across email, blog, website, newsletter, video, social media, digital advertising, and other platforms. The specialist manages social media presence, engages audiences, and collaborates with the Director of Marketing to uphold brand standards and strategic goals.
Essential Functions:
- Create, schedule, and execute social media posts aligned with brand identity and strategic plans; monitor engagement and trends.
- Oversee paid social media vendors, manage content calendars, and coordinate with marketing efforts.
- Maintain cross-channel content calendar; lead content creation for campaigns targeting specific demographics.
- Manage customer database; develop email templates and send communications.
- Implement SEO strategies to enhance online presence.
- Capture and edit multimedia content for various platforms.
- Collaborate on email marketing content, including photo, video, and blog content.
- Develop bi-monthly wine club newsletters to promote sales and engagement.
- Provide copywriting for blogs, newsletters, social media, and websites.
- Create SMS and electronic marketing content to promote wines and experiences.
- Support PR vendor needs with copy, assets, and partnerships.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support outside functions as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate insights into campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing with a digital focus or equivalent.
- At least two years’ experience in luxury or high-end sales marketing roles.
- Proven experience in content marketing strategies for engagement and visibility.
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms and emerging trends.
- Photography, videography, and editing skills for content creation.
- Accurate data entry and mining skills across platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office and collaborative tools.
- Knowledge of wines, winemaking, or wine culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to set goals, prioritize, and manage workload efficiently.
- Professional demeanor and team collaboration skills.
This position is eligible for our DTC Incentive Plan. The role primarily requires in-office work with one remote day per week.
