What You'll Do
As a Marketing Manager within BCG’s Public Sector Practice Area (PA), you will be part of a purpose-driven team focused on developing and amplifying the best of BCG’s thought leadership and marketing experiences for government leaders across the world.
Working in close collaboration with the Marketing Director, Sector Managers, Regional Marketers and the PA leadership, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of complex PA marketing efforts. The scope of activities would span across the full suite of internal, external marketing and communications.
Responsibilities include:
- Implement comprehensive strategies to elevate BCG’s Public Sector Practice, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and thought leadership initiatives.
- Lead the creation and management of high-quality content, collaborating with practice leaders and subject matter experts to produce impactful reports, articles, and digital assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Design and execute integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing social media, email marketing, BCG.com, public relations, and external partnerships to enhance the visibility and impact of Public Sector insights and events.
- Lead the planning and promotion of flagship events and sponsorships, supporting robust BCG representation at key industry conferences and public sector forums; maximizing impact and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with legal and risk management teams.
- Align with regional and global marketing counterparts to ensure cohesive messaging and amplification of Public Sector initiatives across all geographies.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor and assess marketing performance, deriving actionable insights to refine strategies and improve engagement metrics continually.
- Enhance internal communications and knowledge sharing, fostering a collaborative environment among Public Sector teams and promoting the dissemination of best practices and key learnings.

What You'll Bring
- 7+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to handle defined work area, process or smaller project with minimal guidance
- Excellent execution/ organizational/ communication skills
- Proven analytical capabilities and out-the-box thinking
- Highly professional, proactive and flexible attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure and demonstrate presence and maturity even in stressful situations
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with Tableau/ Power BI dashboards and email automation
