Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Media Planner and Buyer to join our team in the entertainment and CPG. In this role, you will be instrumental in the planning, purchasing, and execution of media campaigns tailored to our key brands. Your work will ensure alignment with brand objectives and maximize impact across various channels.
Responsibilities:
• Strategize and lay out seasonal media plans, taking into consideration the needs of different campaigns and the goals of the brand
• Understand the subtleties of various demographics and identify appropriate platforms for each, ensuring that budgets are planned and allocated in line with brand objectives
• Execute media buys, either directly or through agencies, setting up audience targeting and coordinating with the creative services teams to deliver assets
• Monitor and optimize campaigns post-launch, working with data analysts to keep track of KPIs and continually monitor performance across full funnel marketing strategies
• Collaborate closely with the influencer marketing team, while managing influencer buys separately
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of boosting on platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Utilize your expertise in paid social media and CTV platforms, such as Trade Desk, YouTube Kids, and additional marketplaces
• Leverage your experience of working with agencies for media buys to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Media Planner and Buyer role or similar position within the Amusement/Recreation Ser/Entertainment industry• Proven expertise in Paid Social activities and campaigns
• Proficient in planning, executing, and managing Digital Media Campaigns
• Solid understanding of Digital Media Planning and Display Media strategies
• Knowledge and experience in various Digital Media platforms
• Demonstrated ability in Media Buying and negotiation techniques
• Strong skills in Media Planning and ability to develop effective media strategies
• Capability to analyze performance data and implement necessary adjustments for optimization.
