Responsibilities: Develop and manage initiatives to drive new customer and artist member acquisition profitably. Develop and execute strategies for existing customer and artist member retention. Oversee all online marketing campaigns (Affiliate Partnerships, Promotions, Email Marketing, Social) with the goal of driving high ROI. Leverage data and insights to make data-driven changes and improvements in overall marketing programs and monitor the success of programs over time. Identify and build creative partnerships to fuel the business. Oversee and guide artist community relations/collaborations. Manage the Society6 Marketing and Creative team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Masters in marketing related field. 10 years of marketing experience with at least 8 years digital experience with integrated media and marketing platforms that include experience in social, digital, and traditional marketing. Hands-on approach, with high energy and attention to detail. Passion for eCommerce with proven depth of knowledge in the category. Experience developing marketing plans and motivating teams to achieve results. Track record of delivering ROI. Highly creative as well as analytical with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of web analysis tools such as Google Analytics. 6 years of people management experience including managing direct reports and developing people. Must be a self-starter, with a strong track record of working successfully in a matrix organization. Exceptional organizational, project management, facilitation, analytics, and presentation skills.
