Remote role; U.S.-based candidates only. Headquarters located in Irvine, CA, and Austin, TX.
Responsibilities
Design Development & Execution:
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Support the design team in producing website layouts, brochures, and other print and digital collateral.
- Prepare and finalize files for print and digital publication.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Actively participate in team meetings and creative brainstorming sessions.
- Respond to feedback and revise designs to meet project requirements.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all creative outputs align with client brand guidelines and maintain a high-quality standard.
- Assist in organizing and managing a library of brand assets, templates, and design files.
Innovation & Trend Awareness:
- Stay informed on current design trends and best practices.
- Contribute fresh ideas to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects.
- Understanding of basic design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with motion graphics or web design is a plus.
