Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields 8+ years in product marketing, preferably in edtech, SaaS, or consumer tech Proven success in launching subscription services Experience marketing to B2C and B2B audiences Excellent communication and technical translation skills Data-driven with strong analytical skills Background in marketplace product messaging Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment Proven use of AI solutions for scale and efficiency Responsibilities
Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Nerdy's learning products Create marketing strategies for Varsity Tutors and Varsity Tutors for Schools, emphasizing AI benefits Collaborate with Product Management on product roadmaps and platform innovations Produce marketing collateral showcasing AI tools like Tutor Copilot and Lesson Plan Creator Conduct market research and competitive analysis Plan and execute product launches and campaigns Serve as a subject matter expert and train sales teams Analyze product performance and customer feedback for strategy refinement Lead the product marketing team, aligning with Nerdy's mission Build relationships with industry analysts, influencers, and partners Develop narratives highlighting our extensive subject coverage and expert network Collaborate with communications for product announcements Leadership Principles Goes Deep, Delivers Results, Bias for Action, Builds Teams, Builds Trust & Communicates Openly, Thinks Big & Innovates, Is Apolitical Benefits
