Performance Technical Documentation Services is seeking a local-only Senior Instructional Designer who will work onsite at our client office in Lake Buena Vista, FL. We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to use innovative approaches to design and develop learning experiences and performance support tools. The Senior Instructional Designer will design, develop, and evaluate content that is compelling and enhances retention for hourly and salaried audience groups for instructor-led, eLearning, virtual, and/or simulation training. The Senior Instructional Designer will primarily use Storyline to create content. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and appealing manner to best support organizational and business objectives.
The Senior Instructional Designer will serve as the principal consultant and partner with Subject Matter Experts, client representatives, and the project leader in the overall development of the training solution and any associated performance support materials. The Senior Instructional Designer will receive guidance from senior staff members.
