Position Overview
Senior Content Strategist - UX - Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Pay range: $60-75/hr
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly content for web and mobile experiences, including UI copy, tooltips, error messages, onboarding flows, and product narratives.
- Partner with UX designers, researchers, and product teams to ensure content aligns with user needs and business goals.
- Use Figma to map out content flows, annotate designs, and collaborate with designers on wireframes and prototypes.
- Maintain content consistency by adhering to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
- Conduct content audits and recommend improvements to enhance clarity and usability.
- Work with accessibility experts to ensure content is inclusive and meets WCAG standards.
- Leverage data and user insights to inform content decisions and iterate on content strategies.
- Writing content guidelines.
- Using data and analytics to develop content strategies.
- Experience with cross-functional teams.
Must Have:
- Content Strategy
- Figma
- UX knowledge
- Content Designer or strategist that has basic Figma skills
