Background:Client has pioneered in eDiscovery solution (Litigation), they work on highly visible strategic projects. They are looking to increase their current SW team and are in need of a team who can interact closely with business and Senior Engineers/Manager in understanding business processes and proposing technical as well as non-technical solutions for business problems. Work independently to manage their deliverable, schedule and clearly define tasks.
Required Skills:Must have strong expertise with C#.NET application design and developmentMust have extensive experience with .NET Framework 3.5/4.0WPF experience is highly needed
Preferred Skills:Experience with SQL Server 2008 databaseExpertise with MVC 3.0/4.0Excellent communication skills Qualifications:Minimum of 2-5 years of development experience with 2-3 years on complex projects.Have a College degree preferably in engineering or computer science or relevant experience in technologies listed.Experience working with the business in defining solutions is a plus.Proactive, motivated and able to work in teams.Effective communicator, presenting facts Balancing business goals with engineering goals.Accountable, take ownership of outstanding issues, and establishes a high level of credibility with others in the organization
