Sr. Program Manager, Ent-Media, Entertainment Media

Entertainment Media (CD, DVD/BD, Video Games, PC Software) aims to provide the most amazing customer experience on earth and succeed in business with selling partners through collaboration and the use of Amazon's advanced technology.

In this position, you will collaborate with various teams both domestically and internationally to promote multiple initiatives and lead business expansion through improving customer purchasing experiences and improving operational efficiency. Mainly, you will be responsible for solving product selection, price, and convenience issues that are the foundation of retail business, planning and execution of new projects that solve pains for customers and manufacturers, and improving business process efficiency to support further business growth.

We are looking for people with highly complex project management experience to achieve these missions, logical thinking for problem solving, a vision that is not bound by temporary improvements, communication skills that realize close cooperation domestically and internationally, and a passion to proactively promote projects.

Key job responsibilities

1. Responsible for selection, pricing and convenience programs that drive Ent-Media's business and initiatives to resolve pains for customers and manufacturers.
2. Promote team efficiency improvement, which is the foundation for business expansion, by appropriately utilizing options at various levels.
3. Collect and analyze both quantitative data from our data warehouse and qualitative data from customers, manufacturers, and team members ourselves to identify issues and devise and execute actions.
4. Collaborate with domestic and international teams to lead the introduction of new functions and technologies, and the plan of new initiatives to solve customer and manufacturer issues.

Minimum Qualifications

1. 5+ years of program or project management experience
2. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
3. Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
4. 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
5. Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
