The Broadcasting Producer will lead creation, execution, and growth of Poker Livestream games, managing all production stages and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure high standards and viewer engagement. Responsibilities: Oversee production, strategy, and content for Champion’s Poker Live Stream Act as a key communicator within the Poker Room for content participation and coordination Create and publish stories on websites and social media including YouTube Coordinate story development and social media content with Poker content Collaborate with IT and Operations teams on planning and execution Develop promotional content for digital, events, and livestreams Use cinematography and editing skills to produce engaging visual content Stay updated on Poker industry trends to keep strategies competitive Work independently and creatively in a fast-paced environment Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of broadcast roles and equipment (Robocam, Ross, NewTek Tricaster, VMIX, etc.) Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Suite, Lightroom, Media Encoder is a plus Basic Poker knowledge Proven ability to manage video projects from concept to completion Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under deadlines, travel, and flexible hours Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in media/video production preferred At least 5 years’ experience in live broadcast and with broadcast equipment Experience in design, lighting, sound, and video setup Leadership experience in show development or growth Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Legal right to work in the U.S., valid driver’s license, 18+ years old We promote equal opportunity employment regardless of gender, race, age, disability, or other protected categories.
