The Opportunity
Real Estate Media Professional in the greater Raleigh region
We are a growing crew of Real Estate Media Pros in the Raleigh area. Our services include:
-Photography
-Videography
-Aerials
-Floor plans and home measurements
-3D tours
Your Role:
- Capture photos and other media types for assigned homes and properties
- Present yourself in a professional way and communicate with clients and home sellers while on site
- Be willing to learn additional skills such as videographer and aerial work
- Control your calendar and block off time whenever you need
Compensation
- Fixed pay per job type
- Usually averages the equivalent of $30-$40/hour
- Mileage pay offered
- This is a 1099, contract position
Equipment needed
- Quality Camera
- Wide angle lens (16mm for full frame or 9/10mm for 1.5 crop)
- Speedlight/flash
- Tripod
- Newer smartphone (within the last few years)
Equipment that will be important to acquire
- Gimbal for mobile
- Drone
