Job Overview We are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader for the role of Associate Director, Marketing Oncology. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and accelerate commercial success across our oncology portfolio, including Orgovyx and emerging assets. Reporting to the VP, Marketing Oncology, this individual will partner with cross-functional teams such as Brand, Sales, and Commercial Excellence to support high-impact initiatives, drive strategic clarity, and ensure organizational alignment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, connects cross-functional efforts to broader business strategies, and leads complex projects that advance our business goals. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Lead key processes supporting brand objectives across the oncology portfolio, including annual and tactical planning. Foster commercial innovation to drive productivity and growth in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Assess needs and shape priorities across the Oncology portfolio, ensuring alignment with leadership. Execute cross-functional initiatives like product launches, field strategies, and marketing innovations. Lead special projects that enhance brand impact, such as integrated planning and portfolio strategy. Communicate portfolio insights, strategies, and plans effectively to ensure alignment. Identify risks and opportunities, developing actionable recommendations. Key Core Competencies

Experience in commercial planning, strategy, or brand management, preferably in oncology or pharma. Skilled in preparing executive-level communications and presentations. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8-12 years (without Master’s) or 6-8 years (with Master’s) in biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Experience in commercial operations, brand planning, or marketing strategy preferred. Oncology or specialty pharma experience is a plus. Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and supporting high-performing teams. The salary range for this role is $148,445 to $185,556, including benefits such as bonuses, 401(k), health insurances, and generous time-off policies.
