Overview
We are now looking for a Radio Research Scientist/Engineer to join our team in Espoo, Finland. We are carrying out radio systems research in Bell Labs Finland on the site of Nokia global headquarters. We are a multidisciplinary and diverse team. One of our strong areas is AI/ML and the application of it in radio systems. In this area, we aim to enhance and strengthen our efforts in neuromorphic engineering.

Qualifications
You have:
- MSc or preferably a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or another field from which to build to these directions – like Physics or Mathematics
- Knowledge on lower layers of Radio Systems or on AI/ML
- Experience in research
- Interest to include as central element of your work to continuously learn new and update yourself
- Capacity to propose new directions for research
- Communication skills
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience on neuromorphic engineering
- Good coding skills
- Experience on simulations
- Capacity to network inside and outside the organization
