Aramark Sports & Entertainment is hiring a skilled Junior Sous Chef to oversee our kitchen operations at MGM Music Hall at Fenway Park!
Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of culinary experience, preferably with a junior Sous Chef background. The Junior Sous Chef will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead front-of-house operations, oversee staffing, organize team members, and contribute to menu development. The position reports directly to the General Manager.
MGM Music Hall at Fenway Park is a 5,000-seat indoor venue hosting over 150 concerts and events annually. The kitchen supports two club-style restaurants, loge boxes, and concessions.
Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions. This is an at-will employment position, with salary and benefits subject to change.
Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, maintaining sanitation, training team members, managing inventory, and collaborating with service staff to satisfy guests. Qualifications
