Job Description

The ideal Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling, with the ability to cultivate and grow a customer following both digitally and in-store.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting and achieving sales goals for both in-store and digital channels using various selling tools, including social media and text messaging.
• Building lasting relationships with customers.
• Providing excellent service tailored to customer preferences.
• Offering honest feedback on style and fit.
• Continuously seeking fashion and product knowledge to enhance expertise.
• Maintaining a customer-ready department through tasks like filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Growing customer relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Working flexible hours depending on business needs, with occasional duties outside the primary department.

Pay Range
