We seek a candidate with 4 to 8 years of experience in financial services, asset management, or public relations, with experience across traditional and social media channels.
What you will do

- Use research-driven strategies to create proactive communication plans that align with the firm's commercial priorities across traditional investments, alternative strategies, and CSR initiatives
- Develop high-quality written materials-press releases, talking points, executive briefings, and statements-that effectively highlight First Eagle's core values, investment themes, and leadership philosophy
- Support media campaigns related to the firm's products, including mutual funds, interval funds, separately managed accounts, and ETFs, as well as CSR initiatives
- Partner directly with investment teams to develop and align messaging for each asset class-such as equities, fixed income, and alternative investments-to ensure accuracy, consistency, and strategic focus across all media outreach and communications
- Organize regular media training for key investment professionals and spokespeople within the firm
- Leverage social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to enhance outreach and engagement, aligning messaging with broader media strategies
- Contribute to media monitoring, analysis, and reporting to provide timely updates and insights to senior leadership
The qualities you should have
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; graduate degree preferred
- 4 to 8 years' experience in financial services, asset management, or public relations with financial clients
- Strong understanding of investment topics with a commitment to learning the firm's investment philosophy
- Media relations experience working with finance, investment, and CSR, with an interest in building press relationships and assisting with risk and crisis communications
- Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Monday.com, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage and organize media relations workflow
