Store Manager Position at Soundlux Audio Soundlux Audio is seeking an experienced
Store Manager
to lead our
state-of-the-art luxury hi-fi showroom
in Miami, which we believe will set a new standard for high-end audio retail in the U.S. We specialize exclusively in
high-end two-channel audio , providing an immersive experience for discerning music lovers and audiophiles.

exceptional customer service
and create a welcoming luxury retail experience. Oversee
day-to-day operations, sales, and team management . Directly handle
high-end audio sales
while maintaining operational control. Recruit, train, and manage a knowledgeable and passionate sales team. Develop and execute
growth strategies
to enhance the showroom’s visibility and revenue. Leverage
digital marketing, social media, and online sales
to engage new and existing customers. Who We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end two-channel audio retail. Strong
leadership skills : hands-on, strategic, personable, and growth-oriented. A deep passion for
hi-fi audio
and the ability to connect with audiophiles and luxury clients. Experience with
digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce
is a strong plus. Based in Miami or
open to relocation
for the right candidate. This is an
