Base pay range
$105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

We are looking for a disruptive thinker to join us as an Associate Creative Director. This person will serve as the creative visionary for some of our largest clients, focusing on brand building and demand generation, while doing innovative work. The role involves leading creative projects, collaborating with teams, and being hands-on with design and copy.
This position is remote with up to 20% travel. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all steps of the creative process, from concept to final deliverables.
- Collaborating with account, project, and production teams to produce effective work.
- Leading concept development for assigned client accounts.
- Writing copy for presentations, scripts, and internal needs.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to foster trust and collaboration.
- Presenting to senior clients and influencing creative decisions.
- Overseeing creative workflow within your client portfolio.
- Staying informed on market trends, technology, and competitor activities.
- Leveraging technologies, including AI, to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Reviewing final deliverables to ensure quality standards.
- Fostering a fun, collaborative, and growth-oriented team environment.
Requirements & qualifications include:
- Minimum of 3 years of senior design experience at a creative agency or on the client side.
- Ability to navigate and influence complex processes and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google and Microsoft Suites.
- Knowledge of Figma, Final Cut, Avid, and AI-powered tools is a plus.
- Strong time management and adaptability skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
