Position Summary:
Supports the Digital Marketing Manager in executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Williamson Health. This role will involve working across various digital channels, including social media, online reputation management, digital ads, and website maintenance, contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
Position Requirements:
Formal Education/Training/Experience:
6 months of work experience in the realm of digital marketing/social media (can be internship or actual job)
Bachelor's degree in communications-related field (journalism, marketing, public relations, etc.)
Personal Job-Related Skills:
Content Creation, Storytelling
Social Media Management
Graphic Design
Writing & Editing, basic video knowledge
Big-picture/Strategic Thinking
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Duties of the position require intermittent walking, sitting, and standing. The ability to meet deadlines and remain calm in a stressful environment.
Key Results:
Social Media Support: Assist in managing social media channels for WHMG, BJIT, Foundation, and other entities by creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and providing analytics reports.
Video Content Creation: Help in producing and editing video content for digital platforms, ensuring videos align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
Online Reputation Management: Monitor online reviews and feedback across digital platforms, assisting in maintaining a positive reputation for the healthcare system.
Digital Advertising: Support the creation and management of digital ad campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) to drive traffic and engagement.
Media Buy Assistance: Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in executing traditional media buys for TV and radio, ensuring alignment with digital campaigns.
Website Maintenance: Help with updating and maintaining content on the WH/BJIT websites, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and optimized for SEO.
Agency and Vendor Coordination: Assist in liaising with external agencies and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with digital marketing goals.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of digital campaigns, social media engagement, and online ads. Provide insights and suggestions for optimization.
Assist with projects within the marketing department for special events.
Participate in team meetings, prepared to report on digital marketing efforts.
Collaborates with other departments in the organization to advance the mission.
