We're looking for a UX Designer who's passionate about solving complex problems, collaborating across cultures, and crafting intuitive, delightful digital experiences. If you love working within a design system and want to help evolve it, this role is for you.
What You'll Do Design elegant, user-centered solutions for complex interaction and visual design challenges. Collaborate with our U.S.-based design team and engineering team in Hyderabad, India. Contribute to and improve our design system in Figma. Build interactive prototypes for testing and validation. Conduct user interviews and usability testing to inform design decisions. Partner with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality features. Help shape the future of our platform through research, iteration, and innovation. What You Bring
A strong portfolio showcasing your UX process, interaction design, and visual polish. Experience working within and contributing to a design system. Proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping tools. Familiarity with user research methods and when to apply them. Excellent communication and time management skills-especially across time zones. A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning. Bonus Points For
Front-end coding skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript). Experience with motion design or interface animation. Working knowledge of accessibility best practices. Why You'll Love Working Here
