Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that enhance our marketing campaigns, digital content, and brand identity. This position requires a mix of print and digital design expertise, including work on social media graphics, website assets, advertisements, menus, signage, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, menus, signage, and advertisements
• Develop eye-catching digital content for social media, email campaigns, and the company website
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns
• Edit and retouch photos for promotional use
• Work on seasonal promotions and special event marketing materials
• Stay up to date with design trends to keep marketing fresh and engaging
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality production
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design
• Experience with the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro is a plus)
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design
• Experience designing both print and digital platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Photography and video editing skills are a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset
• Experience with social media marketing and website design (WordPress, Canva, or similar platforms) is a bonus

The pay range for this role is:

50,000 - 60,000 USD per year (Maryland, Ocean City)
