Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for experienced Lead Technicians to work out of our Greater New York office. Our ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of AV installation and integration experience. Our client is providing Relocation Assistance. Responsibilities:Cut, terminate, and identify various audio, video, data cables, and wireInstallation of TVs, speakers, video projectors, projector screensInstallation of keypads and programming URC remotesLoad programs and update firmwarePossess an understanding of rack building procedure and tying in racks on-siteAccurately document the installation procedure and complete necessary paperworkInterface with customers and vendors on job sitesFamiliarity with product lines including Crestron, Savant, Sonos, LutronWorking knowledge of Crestron Toolbox and Savant is a plus.Perform basic troubleshooting using various software and testing toolsMust have an understanding AV floorplans, wire schedules, elevations & schematicsBasic understanding of lighting and shade systems including HomeWorks QS low voltage wiring, RPMs and breaker panels, 0-10v wiring, dimmers, keypads, repeaters, shade wiring, and setting shade limitsRequirementsSavantControl 4Crestron HomeRTIAraknisUbiquitiLutronResidentialHome TheatreSmart HomeIoTAlexaSmartThings
