Job Duties and Responsibilities

Support agents and office in the customization and use of available materials and programs for social, digital, and print mediaWork one on one with agents to generate ideas for fresh content and execute marketing strategies that align with their brand and vision.Use existing templates, online tools, and brand guidelines to produce local ads, brochures, presentations, publications, and mailing pieces.Partner withhead and local office marketing to create custom initiatives and solutions for the local office and agents.Act as a liaison, supporting brand and company messages and objectives with agents/officeGain and maintain familiarity with local market conditions and competitive environment and suggest improvements and new ideas in response to them.Assemble local market data as appropriate to create custom designs for statistics for use in presentations, mailings, and social mediaMust take initiative, have a can-do, customer/agent first attitudeSome administrative duties are required in addition to marketingQualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in graphic design; may consider candidates without a degree given applicable work experience.Experience:
2+ years working in Real Estate (or adjacent luxury goods/services field) working on creative marketing and design.2+ years of Marketing/Advertising experience, ideally within a progressive creative agency or firm.Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.An eye for detail/proofing, design, and understanding of branding.Proactive, creative thinker with a focus on problem solving.Must have Advanced working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign/Creative Suite, Canva or similar and working to advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong administrative skills including accurate data entry is very important.Customer service orientation – strong training and support skills.Must be a team player and willing to take on new tasks or pitch in when needed to do other tasks/activities
Wage:
$25.00 - $31.00 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
