Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Studio Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fashion and creative studio in Los Angeles. This role is essential to maintaining a disciplined, structured environment that supports the highest standards of creative and operational execution. The ideal candidate brings attention to detail, expertise in calendar management, and the ability to coordinate multi-layered projects across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Studio & Office Operations
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day studio operations, including opening/closing procedures, supply procurement, vendor relations, and space upkeep
- Maintain an immaculate and organized workspace
- Serve as the primary liaison for facilities, deliveries, service providers, and visitors
- Oversee digital organization systems (Google Drive, Dropbox), ensuring streamlined access and naming conventions
Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars for the CEO and leadership, including studio meetings, travel, and external engagements
- Coordinate executive travel and create detailed itineraries
- Prepare decks, meeting materials, and presentation documents as needed
Project Management & Studio Coordination
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive master calendar of seasonal deadlines, fittings, sample reviews, production milestones, and special projects
- Track key deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met
- Organize and facilitate internal reviews, ensuring materials and attendees are prepared
- Support coordination of campaign shoots, lookbook preparation, and special activations in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in studio, office, or operations management—experience in fashion or luxury preferred
- Demonstrated project management experience with an ability to track multiple timelines and ensure accountability
- Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with project tracking tools such as Airtable, Notion, or Asana is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and verbal/written communication skills
- Professional, discreet, and able to maintain poise in high-pressure environments
- A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative
- Occasionally required to carry up to 15 lbs.
