Marketing Coordinator | Ogden, UT

Nexeo HR is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support a rapidly growing real estate investment team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys content creation, branding, and digital engagement. You’ll help drive marketing campaigns, manage social media, and support outreach efforts that fuel business growth. Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate marketing materials such as postcards, mailers, digital ads, and email campaigns

• Ensure content is accurate, visually appealing, and delivered on schedule

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Track engagement metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance

• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with business goals

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels

• Provide regular updates on campaign performance and outreach results

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (real estate experience a plus)

• Strong written and visual communication skills

• Proficient with platforms like Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns at once

• Comfortable working independently and participating in remote Zoom training (camera required)

• Must reside near Ogden, UT and be open to future on-site work once the office is established

• Must provide own laptop, phone, and reliable internet connection

Pay

$2,500/month

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
