Together, we accelerate the impact of science Below is an overview of what we’re looking for in an Executive Creative Director —this is a pivotal leadership role designed to elevate our creative function and reimagine how we bring emotive scientific strategy to life across medical education. The Opportunity We’re looking for a transformative creative leader—someone who brings vision, boldness, and a deep respect for science and patient impact . This role will help redefine creative in a space that’s often dominated by data-heavy, static communications. The goal: put creative back on the map in medical communications, especially in promotional medical education, HCP promotion and medical affairs. This leader will partner closely with scientific, digital and strategic teams to shape ideas that are not only clinically sound, but unmissable, engaging, and forward-thinking . They should be excited to challenge traditional approaches, lead a high-performing team, and set a new creative bar for our agency and clients. Ideal Profile 15+ years in creative leadership roles (agency or in-house), with strong healthcare/medical communications and/or HCP promo experience Portfolio that reflects science-led creative —ideally across HCP education, medical affairs, publications, precision marketing and education, peer-to-peer, and/or innovative digital tactics Strong leadership presence—comfortable driving creative vision, building up a creative department, mentoring teams, and representing the agency with clients Experience modernizing traditional formats, building cross-functional partnerships, and shaping a strong internal creative culture Operational excellence - ability to balance creative ambition and talent advancement within operational realities A mix of big-picture vision and hands-on creative craft is ideal Embodies ourHCGvalues: Relentless Drive, Collective Grit and Raw Courage Why This Role Matters We’re in a period of growth and transformation—evolving our structure, deepening scientific partnerships, and investing in creativity as a true strategic differentiator. The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. $265,000 - $340,000 Omnicom Health is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
