Marketing Associate
will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies, internal and external communications, and brand consistency efforts. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter who has a passion for content creation and social media management and excels in project coordination. This role involves working across multiple disciplines and stakeholders, supporting recruitment marketing, professional learning and development programs, inclusion initiatives, data and tech and innovation platforms, and corporate branding efforts. Key Responsibilities Brand Content Creation & Communications Develop and execute marketing content across various platforms, including press releases, website copy, email communications, and social media posts. Assist in the coordination of key corporate initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all internal and external communications. Collaborate with internal teams to craft thought leadership content, case studies, and industry insights. Ensure all content aligns with Omnicom Health’s brand strategy and narrative. Social Media & Digital Marketing Manage our social media presence, serving as the primary point of contact for all social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Maintain and populate monthly content calendar, working closely with the team to align posts with strategic marketing goals. Track and analyze social media performance, optimizing engagement through innovative content strategies. Experiment with new content formats and features to keep our social media presence fresh and engaging. Brand & Campaign Management Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, from social media graphics to thought leadership pieces to corporate presentations. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events. Oversee the development of branded materials, including swag, pitch presentations, and visual assets. Event Coordination & Coverage Provide marketing support for Omnicom Health events, including logistics, content creation, and real-time social media coverage. Capture high-quality photos and videos to enhance brand storytelling. Strategic Planning & Analysis Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and track performance. Support marketing leadership in reporting insights and recommending strategy adjustments. Ability to work seamlessly with agency and network leadership – proudly serve as the face of network. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Expert in using social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and familiarity with or proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express and Photoshop (or a willingness to learn). Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining attention to detail. A self-starter with a keen interest in marketing strategy and execution.
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience (1-2 years) or internship in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
