The Global Studio Director collaborates closely with clients and the account team to provide strategic solutions and maintain global cohesion. They ensure that creative and production teams are delivering materials of quality standards, adhering to brief requests, and following brand approval processes. They stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to foster innovation and creativity within the studio. You must have experience working with clients from the tech industry. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
CREATIVE STUDIO EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10+ years in the creative industry across B2B and/or B2C companies. Bachelor’s and/or post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, or a related field. A combination of education and/or related work experience may be substituted. Extensive hands-on experience in creative production, project planning, and workflow optimization. Knowledge of shoot production process. Experience orchestrating the creation of content for TV, videos, print, performance, and social campaigns. Proficient in project management tools, and creative and production workflows. In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital platforms and best practices - with a passion for staying current on social and content trends. SERVICE LINE LEADERSHIP: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide creative and production teams. Proven experience implementing solutions that deliver services with high-quality standards in a profitable and sustainable manner. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Exceptionally results-driven, responsible, and accountable. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Demonstrated experience working with and successfully hiring, managing, motivating, and developing team members. Comfortable with developing internal training materials and resources that support team/individual growth and development. Proficient in delegating tasks appropriately, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth project execution. Client-facing experience. GROWTH: Proven track record of building and nurturing client and vendor relationships. Experience supporting or leading new business initiatives and efforts. Effectively presents ideas to internal and external stakeholders that result in actionable next steps and business growth opportunities. OPERATIONS: Proven experience identifying and implementing relevant ideas and innovations. Solution-oriented with a strategic mindset and collaborative approach. Extremely organized with superior attention to detail and time management. Ability to work under pressure and manage projects/delegate tasks with ease. JOB DUTIES
CREATIVE STUDIO COE LEADERSHIP: Collaborate closely with account leaders and clients to understand their creative needs, presenting concepts and solutions that address their objectives. Manage relationships from a creative perspective alongside internal creative senior leadership. Assign tasks and traffic projects within the team based on skill set and availability, setting clear priorities to the team. Oversee and mentor a group of project managers and producers, designers, visual/motion artists, and content copywriters. Motivate and challenge the team to think critically and to deliver industry-leading ideas and services for every customer. GROWTH: Partner with account teams to drive the business’ response to growth opportunities with existing and prospecting clients through RFI’s, RFPs, and organic conversations. Maintain collaborative relationships with all internal stakeholders; be seen as a trusted creative partner within the agency. OPERATIONS: Demonstrate superior knowledge of content creation innovations, technology and digital trends, and customers' target consumer. Proactively look for opportunities for the team to improve, optimize and evolve its processes as the company and industry continues to shift. Partners with operations for process development and documentation. Ensures processes are followed consistently across clients and sectors. Partners with other COEs to ease internal collaboration.
